Kochava processes pseudonymous telemetry metrics including page views, feature activations (AI Diagnosis executions, clinical chat conversations, medical topic exploration, bookmarks), and subscription transactions. Kochava operates as a compliant service provider under CCPA and reads the standardized IABUSPrivacy_String from local storage to syndicate consent.
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) provides specific statutory rights regarding personal data (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.100 et seq.):

Our measurement SDK maintains the standardized IABUSPrivacy_String (e.g. 1YNN for notice given with no opt-out, or 1YYN when opted out). You can inspect and update your IAB status at any time using the Do Not Sell My Info center.
When you run diagnostic queries or chat with the clinical assistant, your input prompts are processed server-side through Google Gemini AI infrastructure. We do not use your proprietary patient inputs to train public foundational AI models. All dynamic query requests are encrypted in transit via TLS 1.3.
